She even recommends rice malt syrup as a sweetener what contains 96g carbs in every g! Glucose is sugar as well, so the whole book title is misleading. Also she writes p20 'Know this: there's no perfect diet or eating approach. None are scientifically 'proven' '. This is simply not true, there are tons of articles about how to eat healthy.

No references, nothing that proves what she writes, just her word. In my opinion, this could be a book written by a neighbour, who started to loose weight and you ask her how did she do it? That's the 'science' behind these. She started to eat more healthy, loose weight, then wrote a book.

I wanted to have some nice low carb recipes, but this book is not about low carb, nor even sugar free cooking Try something else if you're after solutions how to quit sugar.
